Battle of the Carrots

"Mommy always says you have to pick your battles. Well I picked this one.
She tried to get me to eat steamed carrots. I said, No way mama am I eating those things.

Recognize and Concede!

After a lengthy standoff, mama retreated.

I know I have won this battle, but the war is far from over. I saw a can of peas on the counter. I am gathering my troops (daddy) as we speak. I will prevail!"

Woohoo! Party Time! NOT!

I like it when daddy puts me to bed. I get to stay up late and paaarty!

Uh Oh. I hear mommy coming. You know what that means!

HAPPY EASTER!

It only took us about 15 minutes and 12 tries to get just this one picture with Timothy standing still.
We had to bribe him with a reprieve from naptime, and that motivated him to cooperate.
He's asleep now, But he wanted to wish everyone a Happy Easter!

Busy Baby

"Mommy always wants me to sit still so she can take my picture. She doesn't understand, I've got things to do.
Right now it's time to change the settings on the DVR and make sure the volume is at max.
Then I have to strategically place the laundry on the floor and put the phone where only I can find it.
After that, I have to restart the computer a few times.
I guess I could be still for a few seconds for one quick picture.
But then I'm off to rearrange the kitchen cabinets. My work is never done!"

"Mommy and I have a morning ritual of brushing our teeth together. Well, she brushes her teeth and I massage my gums.
